Two Llama Creations ("we," "us," or "our") operates an Etsy shop and is developing a private automation application to promote our own products on our business social media accounts, including Pinterest. This policy describes the information the application is designed to access and how we intend to handle it when operational. The application is not offered to other merchants or the public.
1. Information we access
To prepare and publish product announcements, the application may access:
- Etsy listing information: product titles, descriptions, photos, listing identifiers, links, and publication or renewal information.
- Our social media account information: account or business profile identifiers, our Pinterest boards and Pins, and publishing results needed to create or verify posts.
- Authorization information: API credentials and access or refresh tokens used to connect our business accounts.
- Technical records: posting timestamps, API responses, delivery status, and errors needed to troubleshoot the automation and avoid unintended duplicate posts.
We do not intend to request access to the private messages or personal account information of other Pinterest users.
2. How we use information
We use this information only to identify new or renewed products, prepare promotional captions, publish images and links to our own social media accounts, and monitor or troubleshoot publication. We do not sell personal information or use Pinterest account information for targeted advertising profiles.
3. Services involved
Our planned automation connects to Etsy and applicable social media platform APIs, including Pinterest and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and may also post to X and Tumblr. Product descriptions and other product-related text may be sent to OpenAI to generate promotional captions. The privacy policies and terms of those services also apply to information they process. We do not intentionally send social media access tokens or private Pinterest account information to OpenAI for caption generation.
4. Storage, security and retention
When the automation is deployed, operational records and credentials are intended to be kept in access-controlled systems managed by us. We plan to restrict access to authorized operators, use encrypted connections for supported API traffic, and avoid placing credentials in public website files. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We intend to retain posting history only as long as reasonably necessary to operate, audit, and troubleshoot the automation, and to delete information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal or platform requirements. We may revoke connections and remove locally held account information if the integration is discontinued.
5. Sharing and disclosure
Information is shared with the connected services only as needed to generate and publish our product promotions, maintain connections, and operate the automation. We may disclose information if legally required. We do not offer third parties access to our application as a service.
